Hi everyone-the sequel to 'Growing up in a Welsh Valley:Sunshine on the Mayfield' is now available.
It is called 'Growing up in a Welsh Valley:Beneath a Valley Sky' by myself,Bronwen Hosie[nee Morrissey] and is published by the History Press.
This sequel contains several photos of Sandbrook House in Merthyr Tydfil and some of Baron Buckland . It contains more stories about the Morrissey family[Jim Morrissey -Irish blood from Merthyr Tydfil],Dai Morrissey[Rhymney] during the war years and fifties and sixties.
