Welcome to the Old Merthyr Tydfil Forum,
To use the Forum, click 'REGISTER' to create your account and you can join the discussion about the history of Merthyr Tydfil.
After you have completed the registration process, you will be sent an activation email to the email address which you joined with. By clicking the link in this email, your account will be added to the list to receive occasional emails from Old Merthyr Tydfil, highlighting new features etc. You do not need to activate your account to post in the forum.
To begin a new topic e.g. The Castle Cinema simply find the relevant board and click "Start New Thread". This will take you to a new thread (discussion). Give this thread a name and type your comments. This will then allow other users to reply specifically to your comments.
Remember if you have a new topic to talk about, always create a new thread. This ensures the forum remains organised and your comments are easier for others to find.
