Not sure if they still do weddings there, but I think they still hold services there.
My Mum and Dad got married at Vaynor Church in 1960, and had their wedding reception in the Church Tavern.
I was also Christened at Vaynor Church.

Certainly is a small world, and no my neither of my parents lived in Vaynor, but my Mum used the address of the Vaynor Tavern as where she lived, because they were friends with the Landlady.

I'm certainly finding my roots today, my great grandparents, Thomas John Williams and Jane Ann Evans were married at Vaynor 2nd of October 1899, and he lived in the Church Tavern.
His father Thomas was a quarryman, so I'm presuming the quarries were near by.
