During most of WW2, my Mother worked at Welsh Leather Goods, which was a subsidiary of Welsh Products (The Button factory). I believe, from the tales she told me, that it was somewhere near where Ynysgau was, near the Taff. All substandard products were thrown out of the window into the river, so it must have been on the river bank. Does anyone have any better information on the location?

Hi The Leather works was on the end (Near Georgetown ) of the Georgetown Bridge , they used to pour their waste into the River Taff, thats why it always "Honked" there. There is a Pub the other end of the Bridge, I can't remember the name at the moment.
