::)Does anyone have information about an area of Dowlais that was known locally as Erin's row I have tried searching for it but have had no luck I was known as maureen flaherty, does anyone remember me?

Yes, I've heard of Erin's Row. My father,Jose Arriaga, and his family used to live in 4 Erin's Row when he was a child before moving to Brecon Street. I believe it was demolished. It was in that area of Dowlais, Quite a run down, poor area where a lot of Spanish and Irish lived who worked in the steelworks. It would have been in the vicinity of the Dowlais flats (now demolished). Pat Fearn
