i,m reading "Owen Money,s "autobiography . In it he mention,s a pub he kept in Dowlais, originally called the PRINCE LLEWELLYN, but later re-named the SILVER SLIPPER....It was somewhere on Pant Road. Where exactly was it, is it still standing, and is it being used for other purposes these days.

I think that is now a pub/restaurant called La Bodega. It's on the left-hand side of the road if you are facing Pant. There are bars on either side of the entrance and meals are served in a long room at the back. When it was officially called The Prince Llewelly, everyone called it The Silver Slipper, a bit confusing to outsiders!
