I am currently writing a book about the chapels of Merthyr (please see my previous post re Chapel Photos).
In particular I am looking for any information about Hermon Chapel, Dowlais, as well as any photographs of the chapel.
I would be very grateful for any information that anyone can share with me.
Please get in touch on this board or email me at stevie_b3945@yahoo.co.uk
Many thanks

Many thanks - if it's the the Welsh one I've seen that, but unfortunately, my Welsh isn't good enough to translate it.
Thanks anyway

If you know of an English translation I would be really interested in that.
Thanks

If you know of an English translation I would be really interested in that. Thanks Although there are a dozen of villages and numerous chapels throughout Wales named Hermon, this is not a Welsh word. You'll be looking at the Hebrew language for a translation, but I suspect the origins of the Welsh version is Israel's Mount Hermon.

Sorry, I should have been a little clearer - I meant if there was a translation of the book about the history of Hermon Chapel, Dowlais.
