i went penydre high school in 1979 to 1983, my name back then was susan williams and we lived in pant, my two sisters also went there, their names were caroline and jackie, my brother went also his name is michael and he is 22 only a baby, my husband went there to and his name is richard tregonning who as a twin sister mandy, it would be nice to hear from anyone who was there at the same time thank you

Sorry,I left the year you started Pen Y Dre (1974 to 1979), but my twin brothers, Mark and Michael Prosser were in the school two years above you (started in 1977).

Hi,i was at penydre in the same year as Jackie and i can remember you and Richard when you started courting,as i lived and still do in heal-y-bryniau ,Richard was from heol bonymaen so i remember him even better ,if i remember correctly is sister married ? Small who was in army,where is she now ?

yea richard did live in heol bony- maen and his sister was mandy she married david small, they live in penybryn estate penydarren and they have two sons, one of them are in the army, was that your name when you were in penydre and did you bother with my sister jackie? she couldnt place you

hi i was there between them years my name is denzil an i used to hang around in pant quite a bit when i was in school.i went to a school reunion on the weekend in the great escape merthyr.do you know me.what part of pant did you live

Living in Hirwaun since 1995 so not too far away. Still come over to Pant on a Saturday to see mam and dad. Have 2 children - Alex my daughter is 17 and Rhys is 14. Been married since 1990 and am working in Aberdare in a GP surgery. What about you ?

Hi, it is unlikely that you will know or recall me, but i also went to Pen-y-Dre '75-'80. Alos went to Pant infants way back in '69/70. Lived in Penywern 69-71 (with grandparents) then just down the road in Dowlais, near Crad' Price (undertaker) Names John Winsor. The owners of the papershop/post office in pant had a daughter who was in Pen y Dre at the same time as me and same class.

Hi, My name is Andrew Harris i moved to Merthyr from swansea in 1972 and lived at number 3 heol-y-bryniau Pant,i started at the old county school in merthyr then whent up to pen-y-dre...do you remember me?

Hi I was at Pen-Y-Dre around those years,my name is Paula Thomas and have a younger brother Gavin Thomas we lived in Penybryn Estate in Penydarren.My Parents are still there. I recognize some of the names but useless trying to remember people.
