You may have tried these. Have you approached the appropriate Council? Have you searched for planning applications? Is there a Welsh equivalent of the Land Registry where you will be able to search & find the registered owners of the property/site? Have you approached the relevant religious body which will probably have a record of closure and, if sold, the new owner.

Have you seen this report of some years ago? See page 45 delisted buildings. Is the Ebenezer Chapel & Hall the one you refer to? If so, it appears it may have permission for demolition but I've not read the whole report. I have an interest in Ebenezer burial ground where one of my ancestors is buried. A cousin of mine had difficulty getting into the overgrown area but was helped by someone living close by who allowed him through his garden in order to take a photograph of the headstone. Although we live some distance away we shall be interested in following the next few stages. JPW4
