I am really enjoying researching my family tree (Prosser) and that of my husband (Rees).
The Prosser side of the tree is rather large now, as my Paternal Grandfather, Morgan Prosser was one of ten children and my Grandmother, Elizabeth Jane (nee Evans) was one of eleven.
They lived at Edgar Street, Penydarren, where I also live, in the house that was my Paternal Great Grandmothers house (Clara Lydia Prosser nee Pendry) who was also married to a Morgan Prosser.
I have been surprised how much you can find out about your past!
Out of interest, does anyone remember my Gran and Grampa, or even my great gran and grampa?

I am sorry but I am not able to help you! But I have a question for you! Were you living in Edgar Street in the 1950/60's time? Did you know a girl called Marilyn who lived in a house about 4/5 doors from the end terrace with her mother Lydia & Grandmother?

My parents and grandparents lived in Edgar Street since it was built, and I recall a Lydia Pratt living in number 1, she had a daughter Marilyn, I believe.

Apologies for not acknowledging your mailing to me about your neighbours at 1 Edgar Street. In 1939 an Edith May Rees was lodging with your next door neighbours the Davies family, do you know if she later married David Rees & lived in Hadyn Terrace?
