Hey ! I'm sure somebody mentioned John Price. I will never ever forget him somehow managing to get up on stage with the Buddy Rich Big Band in Swansea, armed with a very temperamental Kodak Instamatic Camera that just didn't want to take a Photo of Buddy Rich. The Drumming Legend (Buddy Rich not John Price) eventually grabbed the Camera, pointed it at John, and to everyone's relief and amusement the Flash finally went off. Yes, after all the fuss John had a photo of himself...Yeah ! " but Buddy Rich took it - Honest " !!! Star Man.

Dear Mr Young Buck,a Hoffner sodding Verithin!,that my dear chap was a 1962 Gibson 335!,I can only assume your seat must have been some way back!,it was in fact on loan from Clive John of the Bystanders,& waiting at the side of the stage was my trusty 1961 Gigson SG Standard,sadly,62's had a neck joint problem, which I found out to my cost some months after that show when we were rehearsing in London & the neck decided to part company with the body!,so a quick return to Barratts in Cardiff & got myself the '64 Telecaster thay I used on almost all of The Harts gigs after that.still miss that SG,what a great guitar, still the Tele gave me a chance to do my very bad James Burton impressions!.ah,seems like yesterday!.many other guitar stories to bore you with, great to hear from you, must be more of my old mates out there, come on chip in!,take care Y'all,Wolfman

when you take into account all the alcohol some of these musicians had to drink ,as an occupational hazard, it,s a miracle they,re still here to tell the tales!
