I think it's important to record our history. If google fetches it up, ok. If not we're d**ned!

In tracing our family tree we have found that my great grandfather died in 1927 aged 66. His death is registered at the Merthyr Tydfil registrars office. He is not registered as buried in Pant Cemetery nor Cefn Coed cemetery. Where else is it possible that he could be buried in Merthyr Tydfil? He was married at Addullam congregational church Thomas Street, the church was demolished in recent years.

Looking at old enquires if jayar was still trying to find his burial could you give great grandfathers name and address I could look to see if there is an obituary in the Merthyr Express newspaper it may say where he was buried. If he was living at the bottom of the Merthyr valley he may have been buried in ABERFAN OF TREHARRIS CEMETERY. It might also be that he was buried in a chapel graveyard.

My relatives living at Mount Pleasant, Merthyr Vale, were buried at Aberfan in 1909 and 1911.
